The IMPROVE™ framework has been designed on the belief that all young people deserve to be successful and become world class learners. By endeavouring to provide a world class educational environment, all Academies and Schools working within the framework must share a common purpose - to ensure sustainable school improvement and promote high standards of achievement.
Through a structured framework of intervention the goal is to ensure that all Academies and Schools become high performing organisations as quickly as possible.
