Monitoring

In order to sustain and improve standards the IMPROVE™ framework utilises a series of internal and external systems, tools and processes to monitor and support the work of the Academies and Schools and their associated SLT and Board of Governors. This monitoring process builds on the completion of high level self-evaluation against the five KIPs (2012 Ofsted Framework) completed during the Initial Needs Analysis stage.
